  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

The LaSane Company TLC-LLC: Return Policy

Introduction

At The LaSane Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please carefully read our Return Policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

1. Return Eligibility 

  • All non-skincare and cosmetic Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Obtaining a Return Code

Before shipping your return, please contact our Customer Service Team at [shop-support@tlctoyou.com] to obtain a unique Return Code. Returns shipped without a valid Return Code will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Once you receive a Return Code, please securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly mark the Return Code on the outside of the shipping box.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

8.  Returns & Exchanges for Skincare and Cosmetic Products:
